Experienced Food Vendors needed for 2019 Traditional Spanish Market
The Spanish Colonial Arts Society is looking for experienced, licensed food vendors and prepared food vendors for the 68th Annual Traditional Spanish Market to be held July 27-28, 2019 around the Santa Fe Plaza. We anticipate 90,000 visitors to this event.
We are offering spaces for on-site prepared food booths on Washington and Palace Avenues and pre-packaged food and beverage carts on the Plaza. Experienced vendors should try to provide menus that complement our Hispanic cultural event. Food Booths shall not exceed 10’ x 10’, shall not have tents, canopies, awnings, or umbrellas, and all materials and equipment shall remain on the roadway and shall not encroach on the sidewalk. Vendors will be responsible for booth fee, booth set-up and take-down, operation, all licensing fees, and certifications for the weekend.
Interested vendors must complete and submit the 2019 Food Booth Application on or before 5:00pm on Monday, May 20, 2019 for consideration.

Chosen vendors must provide full payment to the Spanish Colonial Arts Society and must attend a mandatory Food Vendor meeting to complete paperwork required for the City of Santa Fe in June (location, date, and time to be determined).
